McMillen Announces New Orlando Office Location

Scott McMillen Malpractice Specialist is very pleased to announce our new Orlando Office location in the beautiful Exchange Building, at 122 West Pine Street, Suite 300, Orlando, FL 32801.

The Exchange Building, located in downtown Orlando, is a historic building that has been a part of the city’s landscape for many years. It was originally constructed in the late 19th century and has served various purposes throughout its history, including being a prominent commercial exchange and a hub for local businesses. In the 1980s and 1990s, it was revitalized as part of the Church Street Station entertainment complex, which became a popular destination for dining, nightlife, and shopping.

The building’s architecture reflects the period in which it was built, with distinctive brickwork and ornate details that contribute to its historic charm. Over the years, it has been renovated and repurposed to accommodate modern uses while still preserving its historical significance.

The entire area is being revitalized with new developments, including the Orlando Magic’s new 8.5-acre sports and entertainment district which is close by.  The $500 million project will begin construction in late 2024 and is expected to be completed by March 2027.  The development will include:
