Plastic surgery leads to death of patient

A plastic surgery patient died after an operation allegedly went awry. The patient went in for a Suction lipectomy and unfortunately never made it out of the operating room. During the operation, her heart stopped.  It is alleged the doctors delayed starting CPR, and that the doctors failed to properly respond to signs of internal bleeding.

The family is reported seeking between $200,000 and $5 million in damages.
