Widow seeks damages due to death of her husband following knee surgery

A widow in Palm Beach County, Florida is seeking damages for the death of her husband from complications following knee surgery as a patient of the Center for Bone and Joint Surgery. The patient underwent knee surgery in March of 2022. He endured severe pain and complications which worsened over time. He was eventually admitted to the hospital with some serious medical issues and passed away in May of 2022. The widow alleges that the lack of care after surgery contributed to the death of her husband.
